Four Seasons

Nature and the female figure have a strong connection in my work, since both symbolize ideas of vitality, cultivation, and spirituality. 

In my series, Four Seasons, I interpret the seasons as female superheroes of color. This is symbolic to the ideology around Mother Earth and also addresses aspects of environmentalism and climate change. Four Seasons is connected to my fascination with comic book culture and interest in promoting more diversity within this genre.
